I found myself in NYC at 19 in 2000, with a background of dance and yoga, and decided to go to The Academy of Massage Therapy, because… I don’t even remember why, I was 19? But! While there, I fell in love with the human body and it’s capacity for change and have been chasing that dragon ever since.

I trained with Kathleen Hunt in the teacher-training program at Samadhi Yoga Center in 2006, and started incorporating more and more movement education into my massages. I was seeking a bigger framework for bodywork, and found Structural Integration. I trained at the Northwest School of Hellerwork in 2008.

Since 2010, I've co-taught with Laura Prudhomme(earthsidebirthsupport.com). We lead classes, trainings, workshops and retreats combining therapeutic and functional movement, yoga, and structural integration.

I love working with people and am truly inspired by the body and how it informs our human experience. My goal is to facilitate connection to the self, with physical and emotional integrity, through heart centered teamwork. We’re all teachers and students, in every second, every relationship, with every interaction, we are in it together, learning.
